  I've been dealing with many service companies while rehabbing houses. My experience with Manny's was so good I'm writing my first review. First, I submitted a request online and the next morning I received a phone call, text and email response. With most companies you're lucky if you hear from them within a couple days. Their service was outstanding -- responsive, followed up, showed up on time. That should be a given, but believe me it's not! Then in addition they were replacing a window with obsolete hardware (I'm sorry I don't know the technical names of window parts) and Manny was able to fix the window anyway. So many companies would just say "sorry we can't fix it you'll have to replace it". I really appreciate someone who can come up with a creative solution, and it worked and looks great! I almost wish I had more broken windows to call them to fix!
